I am waiting for a delivery from you. Can I track my order?

Of course, when your order has been processed and entrusted to the courier, we will send you an email. There you will find the tracking code that you can enter on the BARTOLINI website to check the status of your shipment. If the tracking code has not been entered in your email, contact us at customer service and it will be given to you.

If I buy on your site, can I exchange it in one of your stores?

Of course. You have 15 days to make your exchange in any of our stores with the receipt that you will find in your order.

How many days do I have for the exchange or return?

Mazzola Store offers the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return or exchange must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 14 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used. I signed up for the newsletter and received the discount code. Can I use it on sales?

The newsletter subscription discount code cannot be used for purchases of products on sale.

Can I check the in-store availability of an item online?

If you are about to go to the store and want to make sure that the product you want is available, you can check availability in the store directly in the online product page, which updates with our stocks usually in real time.

I have a coupon code that allows me to have an online discount. How can I use it?

To take advantage of the offer, select the products you wish to purchase, access the cart, go to the next step and you will find a "COUPON" field. Enter the code in the appropriate empty field. Then press "Apply". If the code has been entered correctly, the discount will be applied to the cost of the individual items and will be activated upon reaching the minimum spending threshold, shown on the coupon itself.

If I place an order, can I pick it up in one of your stores?

Yes, of course, select the products you wish to purchase, access the cart, go to the next step and when you are at the point of choosing the payment method, check the "COLLECT ON SITE" section. You can then decide to pay it in advance by card and decide to pick it up when it's more convenient for you, or to pay by cash on delivery (when you pick up in the store) but in that case your order will be on the side only for 24H. Furthermore, after placing the order, send an email to indicating your order number, and in which of our offices you prefer to collect, or write it in the notes section before concluding the order. In less than 24 hours it will be available at the location you requested.

How does payment in 3 installments work?

Payment in 3 interest-free installments is available both online and in our stores and works with Scalapay.

How? From the site it must be selected as a payment method and you will have the possibility to purchase your favorite products and pay them in 3 comfortable monthly installments.

*The service has no additional costs if the installments are paid by the due date.*

At the time of purchase you will be charged the first installment immediately. The next two will be charged to you in the following months, namely:

- First installment, upon purchase

- Second installment, after one month from the day of purchase

- Third and last installment, after two months from the day of purchase

At the end of the payment of the three installments, the relationship with Scalapay will end.
